1. Purchased items are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, a company representative will contact you within 1-2 business days using the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed.

2. We can ship products anywhere in the world via DHL / FedEx. When an order is placed, estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s), shipping method selected and final shipment destination will be provided. 3. HNM GROUP / TMT Impex Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delayed delivery or damages due to shipping errors by DHL / FedEx or any other shipping agency.

4. Order errors or changes must be reported within 90 days from the date of shipment.

5. Free Shipping – Stock product orders of $350 or more within the 48 contiguous states qualify for 
free DHL / FedEx Ground Shipping. Free shipping offer does not apply on custom printed products or orders shipping to any other location in Oman or India.
